Sample Itinerary |

The itinerary of each inspection
trip will be designed to meet the exact requirements of the client
and so will vary in length of stay and cost. The following example
will give you an idea of what might be arranged.

In this example we will assume that
the client has decided that they want to open a Fast food takeaway
and home delivery service in suitable location in the area Estepona to Benalmadena. The client already runs a similar
establishment in Britain but wants to sell up and move to Spain.
He has visited the Costa on holiday but does not know it well.
Day 1

Malaga Airport
to Hotel and checked in.

Working lunch with our principal so he
can get to know you and discuss what you will be doing for the
next few days.

Our principal will accompany you throughout
your visit.
-
You will be given a customised information pack
which will include local information maps etc.

Drive around the area so that you
can get a feel for the various resorts and potential sites for
your
business. You will benefit from our own local knowledge and
opinion of each area.

Return to Hotel, where advice will
be given on night life restaurants, places to avoid etc.
Day 2
-
Visit some British
owned fast food outlets.

Working Lunch with local businessmen
who will discuss a range of topics including:

Requirements for business start up.

Special requirements for catering
businesses.
-
Your legal situation in Spain.
-
The benefits of being a sole trader,
self employed (trabajador autonomo) or limited company.
-
Advice on where our associates think
you should site your business. Advice on transport, driving in
Spain, Schools, accommodation, medical insurance. Etc.
-
Answer any questions you may have.
-
Return to hotel.
Day 3
-
Visit defined potential sites. Visit
businesses for sale. Tour local residential areas. Look at some
schools.

Working lunch with Commercial
lawyer, accountant, and a financial adviser.

Your chance find out about the
legalities and correct procedures in setting up a Company, buying
an existing business, buying leasehold or freehold, Banking,
employment regulations, insurance, the red tape, approximate costs
for legal services accountancy etc.
-
Return to Hotel.
