There are always a number of
established businesses for sale on the Costa del Sol. These
businesses tend to be pub/bar/restaurants and situated in the Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, areas. However very
recently we have seen the following non catering type
businesses for sale on the coast: Hairdressers, Estate Agent,
Flower shop, Art Gallery, Hostel,
Launderette, Furniture shop, Gift Shop, Photo Shop, Internet
Cafe, Fashion Boutique, Delicatessen and Car Hire
Business.
 When a decision is made as to what
type of business you are interested in we can forward a list of
what’s advertised and available. Alternately we
can find out what is for sale from our business contacts. Quite
often businesses are for sale but not advertised, as the owner
does not want his employees or his customers to know that the
business is up for sale.
It is a fact that the only reason
that most business people are running a business is to be able to
sell it one day, or in the case of the Spanish, to pass it on to
the family. This means that in most cases businesses are actually
for sale if the price is right. It is just a question of asking.
